The Kenpo classes concentrate on the whole spectrum of Kenpo karate. Every class starts with exercising and stretching, after which we move on to either basic techniques, (punches, kicks and blocks), technical drills, traditional kata or hands-on self defense techniques.
Kick boxing & superfit
These classes are included in the adult kenpo class package, and introduce students to proper boxing technique, some muay thai boxing, and proper competition style sparring. All students are continually encouraged to work at their own pace, however, this class has a higher intensity level in terms of workout than the Kenpo classes.

Traditional Martial Arts Weapons
Learning to work traditional martial arts weapons is part of the Kenpo program. It is not possible to sign up only for weapons and the forms will only be introduced as your level evolves. However, our way of training is highly personalized and allows individuals to have different focuses.
