Group Class Schedule

Group classes are held daily on the two floors of our studio which is located in the heart of the East Village close to St. Marks’s Place, Astor Place and NYU. Regular membership includes two private lessons per month plus off-hour access to the training spaces. Black Belt Club membership includes 4 private lessons per month and extra training in Weapons, Sparring and Competition Forms. Bamboo Clan members study directly with Sifu Jack and are entitled to unlimited private lessons and full access to the training space. Limited Memberships include: Basic Kickboxing; 2x per week (kids only); Block Privates.

Class Descriptions:

Superfit Kickboxing: Includes Cardio Workout, Flexibility Training, Abs Lab, Core Strengthening and more.

Five Lesson Plan: For new students only. Essential Structure and Foundation of our Martial Arts System.

Belt Rank Kenpo: For members continuing beyond the 100 Days Introduction Program. Includes sparring for qualified members.

Weapons/Self-Defense: Sifu Jack Shamburger’s Chinese Hawaiian Kenpo Jiu Jitsu Self Defense Technique and 23 Traditional Weapons.

Kids/Adults BBC: Open to members of the Black Belt Club and Bamboo Clan only.
