Group Class Schedule

Group classes are held daily at our studio which is located in the heart of the East Village. Regular membership includes two private lessons per month plus off-hour access to the training space. Black Belt Club membership includes 4 private lessons per month and extra training in Weapons, Sparring and Competition Forms. Black Belt Program members study directly with Sifu Jack and are entitled to unlimited private lessons and full access to the training space.

Class Descriptions:

Superfit Kickboxing: Includes Cardio Workout, Flexibility Training, Abs Lab, Core Strengthening and more.

Kenpo Basics: Essential Structure and Foundation of our Martial Arts System. All levels.

Adults Kenpo: For members continuing beyond the 100 Days Introduction Program.

Self-Defense: Sifu Jack Shamburger’s Chinese Hawaiian Kenpo Jiu Jitsu Self Defense Technique.

Kids/Adults BBC: Open to members of the Black Belt Club and Black Belt Program only.

SUMMER 2015 SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE July 6 – Sept 6, 2015

Please note:

— Color shaded classes may only be attended by those enrolled in those programs, they are not open to regular CHKA members.

— Weekday morning classes are suspended for the summer. Instead, the studio will be available for Adults & Teens members for Open Practice M-F 11:30am – 1:30pm. During this time there will be no formal instruction.

— Kids Open classes are open to Lil Ninjas, Junior Samurai and Teens. It is not necessary to come for the entire class – you may arrive and leave at any point during the class.

Kids Kenpo Camp & Teen Zone July 6 – August 28

Lil Turtles Summer Session runs July 9 – August 29

Bikini Bootcamp July 6 – 24, August 3 – 21
